Sampling Department
Our highly skilled team of designers, based at our Dongguan Factory within our Design Studio, is fully supported by our textile engineering and costing teams, as well two sample production lines. The one for approval sample making the other for pre-production and sales sample making. Our Sampling Department is 80 strong.
On average we would supply your initial sample within two weeks; however this lead time may be longer if there is a need for specialist materials or plate and mould making. Your comprehensive and detailed specifications will ensure that we do not lose time having to query your needs.
We supply approval samples free of charge unless there are exceptional plate or moulding costs involved. Our clients take responsibility at their own account for the cost of shipping samples by supplying us their courier account number(s). Upon completion of the initial design sample we prepare a full and detailed quotation – however it is preferable that you confirm no major design changes before we start this process.

We have a modern factory with a factory area of 9,600 square meters. We have our own automated workshop to reduce labor costs. We have our own thermal transfer department to help customers speed up the order cycle and help customers save printing drums.
